"The location was convenient, but I had to walk next door to IHOP for breakfast because my schedule required me to check out before 7:00 am. They did not even have any items that could be made available the night before (such as dry cereal) or beverages that only needed refrigeration (such as milk and orange juice) available. Thank goodness for IHOP, the only dining facility within eyesight of the property,"

"This hotel is immaculate!! The landscaping around the pool & entire property is gorgeous! Breakfast daily is delicious! Several options & they serve you. The day reception manager is Laquea & this girl is WONDERFUL!!! She was able to get us an early check in & was extremely gracious. We’ve never experienced this at any hotel in any State. Her accommodating us meant the world to both of us. We had just got off of a cruise ship early in the morning & being able to check in & settle in was so appreciated!! Also Angelina at the bar has the best personality & makes tasty cocktails. This hotel offers Shuttle within a 4 mile radius for a small fee. We want to give a huge thank you to Casimir (sp?) and Pedro for getting us places & especially Casimir fir the timely ride to the airport on our departure. The Hawthorn extended stay hotel and suites is definitely a place that we would return to!"

"I really enjoy this hotel. My family and I traveled for a convention and it's within close proximity to the location. We enjoy the courtyard and pool area as well as the complementary breakfast. My complaints have to do with the condition of the room, specifically the bathroom, and the AC unit. The bathroom had caulking all over the shower and sink area. There was a slight humid smell, not too bothersome but definitely noticeable. The carpet should be removed or at least replaced wirh a different pattern, it makes the room feel dingy and dated. The AC struggles to keep up with the South Fl heat and it was full of dust, probably the reason it struggled. I did not complain to the staff as the condition wasn't terrible but I'll definitely think twice before booking here again. We haved stayed here before, in another room and it was in much better condition (still with the dingy carpet). Hopefully owners take note of my comments and start remodeling. Such quaint, cozy, and beautiful surroundings deserve a better room experience."
