Nous avons apprécié d'avoir tous les commerces sous la main, loueur de ski, boulangerie en face de l'hôtel. Idéalement situé pour accéder aux telecabines et aux agences de guide de montagne. Le restaurant interne à l'hôtel est tout a fait convenable. Un espace bar, avec des jeux de sociétés a disposition. L'espace piscine, sauna, hammam est ideal pour se détendre apres une journée de ski. Cela manque de revues ou journaux a disposition. Et le petit déjeuner devrait afficher un prix plus raisonnable. C'est excessif rapport qualite-prix.

6 nuits, 3 nuits blanches.... samedi à notre arrivée et malgré nos inquiétudes transmises à l acceuil dès 17h... comme prévu un groupe de jeunes toute la nuit dans le couloir, music, portes qui claquent et vacarme jusque 5h du matin. Mardi soir, soirée Techno au bar.... pour le plus grand plaisir des Ravers du coin et pas pour les clients de l'hotel... music et bruits sur la terrasse du bar de 22h à 3h du matin... Jeudi... une petite soirée improvisée dans l'hôtel jusque 4h30 du matin.... Dommage, les chambres sont correctes, le Spa très bien, le retaurant toujours aussi bien même si le prix du petit dej à 19€ est excessif... Nous comprenons que vous avez besoin de remplir l'établissement mais pas à n'importe quel prix! L'hotel par definition est un endroit avant tout de repos nocturne. Impossible de donner un meilleur avis malgré les bons côtés de l établissement. La réception de groupes non maîtrisés par la direction de l'hôtel, le choix des soirées peuvent rendre les situations ingérables même pour vos propres équipes.... sans compter votre responsabilité engagée en cas de débordement avec l'alcool et la cigarette qui pourrait tendre à une situation catastrophique. Poir les clients traditionnels qui attendent avec impatience leur semaine de vacances pour se ressourcer en famille, vous n'êtes pas forcément au bon endroit... Encore une fois, dommage car le sentiment de départ est plutôt positif.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au Garden & city de Cauterets. Personnel très accueillant. Chambre propre. Un petit bémol sur les dimensions de la chambre (je n'ai pas vraiment "vu" les 19 m2) et du lit de 140. .

Très beau séjour. Le personnel est très agréable, l hôtel est en plein cœur de ville, l espace spa est très bien conçu on a adoré, merci c était un beau séjour pour nous. Et oui il y a un ruisseau qui passe dans la ville et nous avons apprécié l entendre.
