Hotel restaurant is fairly good, bar is great, especially the waiters and bartenders are in good energangy. Location is in the city center closed to ferry station. If you are in for shopping, this is also a good place to stay with all the luxury brands around. The only problem I have is the drainage system in the shower/bath tub. The water goes down very slowly, everytime I took shower, it will take 15 minutes till the wastewater to go down completely. I notified the front desk to send someone to fix it daily, even one day twice but they don't seems to be able to solve the problem. I stayed there for 4 nights, and just can't get a refreshing shower without wastewater immersing my legs. I don't even dare to take bath.

It was in a nice location, easy access to San Marco as well as Campo Santo Stefano which was nice with a great restaurant there. The restaurant selection was great near the hotel, my favorite was Ristorante Da Raffaele. The staff at the hotel was great, breakfast was great and I loved how you go out the back of the hotel and there's water taxi there to go to the train station or airport

I have to say, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The staff were also beyond amazing. They remembered us with quick antidotes and the breakfast buffet staff remembered my coffee order every morning. It was my daughter’s birthday while we were there, however I did not mention it. Don’t know how they found out, but we came back to our room and there was chilled wine compliments of the hotel waiting. Beyond amazing. I would give this hotel 20 out of 10 if I could. It was recommended by a friend, so I hope my post encourages others to stay as well. Enjoy, you’ll love it as much as we did.

Very cool that the taxi from the train station pulled right up to the back of the hotel. Check in was smooth and the staff go the extra mile. At the wonderful breakfast buffet the wait staff remember your order, welcome you with warmth and set your day off to a great start. We received lunch and dinner recommendations which were excellent for our larger party of 6 and they staff also arranged a free private water taxi to Murano with glass blowing demonstration, which my teens really enjoyed. Close for walking to St Mark’s and the Rialto bridge. A wonderful experience! We stayed in the quad room and it was roomy and very comfortable. Exceeded my high expectations!

This is a very lovely hotel. I had a spacious, clean, and nicely appointed room. The staff were all very cordial and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. The hotel is convenient to a water taxi stop and is near St. Mark’s Square.

The hotel was a few minutes walk from the S. Maria del Geglio station and also close to the San Marco square. So the location was very convenient for sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and they advised us the tips for enjoying the Venice. ヴァポレットの S.Maria del Giglio 駅からのアクセスをおすすめします。サン・マルコ広場からも近く、観光にとても便利な立地でした。スタッフの方もおすすめのグルメのお店や観光ルートを地図に書き込んでくれるなどとても親切でした。歯ブラシはないですが、スリッパがあったことがとても助かりました。

In this tour I stayed four cities each one hotel. And felt this is the best place i stayed for this tour (maybe in my whole life). Though internet connection was not something high speed, even such as point makes this hotel charming. Here, at every moment I felt I am in a real historical space. All the staffs were friendly and kind. Their breakfast was nothing but awesome. The location is the heart of this historic town. This is the loveliest hotel in the loveliest town in this world.

古くからの格式あるホテルのようで立派な構えの建物で落ち着いた感じです。朝食も充実しています。クロワッサンがとても美味しかったです。スタッフさんもとても感じがよく、フレンドリーです。お風呂もバスタブが大きくて良かったです。 一つだけ難点は、へやの板張りの床が歩くたびにギシギシ音をたてるので、まわりの部屋に聞こえてるきがして気になりました。

Saturnia Hotel was a fantastic experience. Not only the location is perfect for moving around the main areas but there are a lot of dinning options nearby. The hotel also has a very fun bar and highly rated restaurant. The staff is amazing, they treated us like friends and family. I guess that is what happens when the property is also own by a family and they pour all their passion into it. Our room (a Junior Suite) was in an excellent location with a view of the canals and perfect sound proofing and design. Me and my wife were very pleased, a big round of applause to the Saturnia Team !. We will be coming back.

Hi, I did not like the room at all. The bathroom was moldy and with ants. Also, the bath tube wasn't practical for a young child. I will never book this hotel in the future.
