Half of the property was under construction so we could not experience it good. And being we booked through expedia we were charged way extra when we arrived because what he paid for was not all inclusive

Construction noise was distracting and visually unappealing. Lack of accessibility for ability challenges. Room # requirement each time for dining annoying.

The time share company on site was trying to hard to make sales. There were no actual take home information for consideration. It was all " buy now for best deal" tactics. The wildlife on site was nice. Love the Mexican raccoons.

Hotel was in great condition. Some of the facilities were not fully open. However I have not experienced a more friendly and helpful staff anywhere in every aspect of the hotel from room staff to restaurant staff.

This property is under renovations. And I had specify about even upgrading to a villa. Which I was told was sold out. When I arrived to the resort. Half the resort was under renovation- which limited all the amenities that were offered. Not to mention the food being up to part. They specify having different cultured restaurants and none of the food was even tasteful or close to what it should’ve tasted like.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They try their best to keep the property clean. Its becoming a bit our dates, but they are already in the middle of a rennovation, starting with half of the resort. Be mindful that half of the resort is closed and there's some demo noise here and there. Theres no perfect time to do the demo/construction, so it is what it is. Just be mindful and dont be surprised when you ge there. The beach had some sargassum on some of the days we were there, but thats not the hotels fault. Ocean currents and mothernature is to blame. They make an effort to clean it up, though.

We were never told about renovations at Sunset which was closed and where quite a bit of the amenties listed on Expedia were. Both the Sports Bar and gym were relocated to much smaller areas. Several restaurants were not available as well due to Sunset being closed. Choose another location until Princess gets done with renovations.

Es regular en cuanto a amenidades, pocos restaurantes, calidad de alimentos es bueno pero no delicioso, las habitaciones ya requieren de remodelación. El personal muy mala atención en meseros, gente de barra, principalmente meseros no son amables y se molestan si les pides alguna bebida. Parece que niegan todo con tal de no trabajar.

Activities and locations of dining were not conveyed well. Their map is limited (due to it being under construction for renovations). Staff was really good, although they have two people at the desks that will try to make you buy something in promises of getting free stuff. The beach was not pleasant as there was a lot of sea weed filling up the beach. Plus every 2 minutes someone will try and sell you something (they don't work for the resort)

The property Itself is older but well kept. The only reason that I couldn't give it a 5 is because the food is decent at best. If food taste is important to you than this might not be the best choice.

Half of the resort was closed. We were given no warning about the conditions we were going to be staying in. We were given nothing to compensate for the limited area. Several restaurants were not accessible. Food was nothing special. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Animals were a nice distraction from the disappointment.
