Hotel was super nice and loved its proximity to St Paul’s Cathedral and all the historical sightseeing on that side of the Thames. Room was spacious and clean. Morning breakfast was tasty and a great presentation. Pool area was nice looks larger on the picture but we enjoyed it.

I came here with my friend and and niece as a spur of the moment thing a day after my 29th birthday. Soon as we stepped in we felt intimidated as it’s so beautiful and we are not the type of people that you’ll expected to see in a hotel as grand as this. But the front of house staff greeted us with such kindness it felt like we belonged. We had a superior twin room and it was pristine and comfortable. The only fault in our room was the casting to the tv it wasn’t pairing but it wasn’t anything to complain about as we mostly spent the evening enjoying the pool and jacuzzi. And again the staff was great and greeted us with acceptance. We checked out May 24th and already want to come back. We have definitely found a hotel we have fallen in love with. I should add my niece is autistic and felt great confidence in herself as she’s always a closed person but loves to express herself in her alternative appearance just like me and she felt very comfortable in such a short time because no one judged us. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Amazing location, quick access to all tourist locations. St. Paul's is right across the street. Good facilities in the hotel. Beautiful rooftop bar. Staff customer service was a bit off, in my opinion. They were mostly helpful, but not above and beyond. Elevators were a bit wonky.

I was very upset during my stay. Firstly I was given a disability room without being told. I complained and was told these are the last rooms due to a late check in. This was a lie as I checked in 40minutes early. The staff constantly kept making excuses just to get rid of me. The toilet was very high and the sink was very low which was an inconvenience being pregnant. The main reason why I booked this hotel was for the “heated” pool facilities and to relax, however I when I went to the pool it was freezing and full of screaming kids even after the times kids were not allowed in the pool. This was not relaxing at all considering how much I paid. I then spoke to the staff who assured me it is a heated pool at 27 degrees and “I probably went at a weird time”. I was told to go in the morning the next day where there should be a change in pool temperature. This was a lie to get rid of me because the pool was still cold! I was absolutely appalled by my stay and will not be coming again. I was better off staying at premier inn, at least I would have had a better room with nicer service.
